Absolute Insight (NZ) - Tatjana Karaman is a mental health professional and qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist. Her practice is based on the North Shore. Fees are negotiable depending on circumstances.

Chinese Lifeline (NZ) - Chinese Lifeline exists to help the many thousands of New Zealanders who speak Mandarin and Cantonese and who are worried about some problems or issues.

Family Court of New Zealand (NZ) - The Family Court arranges free and confidential counselling for couples who are having problems with their relationship, or who are separating and need help reaching agreement on issues such as arrangements for the care of their children. Counselling is also available for parents and guardiansof a child if they are unable to reach agreement on an important issue concerning the child. You can ask for counselling at any time, even if the Family Court is not already involved in the matter. If the Family Court is already involved, you can ask for counselling at any stage of the Court process. The Court will pay for up to six counselling sessions in each 12-month period.

Family Works (NZ) - Family Works Northern (formerly known as James Family) is the child and family services division of Presbyterian Support Northern. Our areas of focus include Parenting strategies, Domestic violence and other forms of abuse, Family relationship issues, Communication skills, Confidence and self-esteem, Problematic behaviour(s), Grief and loss, Support dealing with Government or other organisations.

Glen Innes Family Centre (NZ) - We have a variety of services available to everyone within the Glen Innes community. We also have a variety of programmes and workshops on offer. All our services are provided in a safe and confidential manner.

Home & Family Counselling (NZ) - All our counselling is provided by qualified and experienced professionals and is strictly confidential. As a community-based agency we don't set a fee for our services instead we ask clients to make a donation, which they can afford, towards their counselling time.

Kidsline (NZ) - 0800 Kidsline is New Zealand's original telephone support line for kids. You can call free from anywhere in New Zealand or on your mobile phone to 0800 KIDSLINE (0800 543 754) between 4 - 6pm weekdays.

Lifeline Aotearoa (NZ) - LifeLine aims to reduce personal stress through readily available counselling and provides 24 hour, 7 day a week free telephone counselling; Face-to-Face counselling and other services.

Man Alive (NZ) - Man Alive is New Zealand's biggest and most comprehensive men's centre dedicated, since 1996, to working with men and boys on issues that affect their lives. We are a secular, non-political organisation offering a broad range of counselling services and programmes. Our goal is to support men and boys of all ages to gain understanding and strength in their relationships with partners, children, family and friends.

Outline (NZ) - OUTLine is a free, confidential and gay-affirming GLBTT telephone counselling service offered New Zealand wide. We are here to listen, provide information and to help you with your issues.

Parent Help Line - Barnardos (NZ) - A free nationwide telephone help line service is available for parents, caregivers, friends and extended family. Covering children aged 0-18 where there is a need for immediate support or assistance, information or a listening ear, or the chance to explore options on parenting issues. Particularly for those who are finding parenting stressful, who are isolated or feel unable to talk about their problems with those around them.

Relationship Services (NZ) - Relationship Services offers a professionally skilled counselling service throughout New Zealand. Our particular specialty is working with relationships. We've been working with people who are working on their relationships for over 50 years.

Samaritans (NZ) - The first New Zealand centre was set up in Wellington in 1965. Wellington Samaritans has been operating ever since, typically now taking about 20,000 calls a year. Wellington, like the six other centres in New Zealand, is there for callers literally every day of the year, 24/7.

Whatsup (NZ) - The Kids Help Foundation Trust offers the telephone counselling service for children and young people called What's Up. Here you will find information about The Kids Help Foundation Trust and What's Up's services, policies, and procedures.

Youthline (NZ) - Youthline provides a free, confidential and non judgemental telephone counselling service as well as Face to Face and Family Therapy.
